Hinsdalean Dr. Balakrishnan presents a workshop on breath and mediation. She will talk about how breathing techniques and meditation benefit your daily life, and she will also guide you into an experience of meditation. Limit 50.
Tuesday, February 21 at 7:00 pm
Angela Dennison, RD, LDN, of Portrait Health Centers in Hinsdale will discuss both the science and the practice of gluten-free living. Attendees will get tips for GF shopping and cooking (including for kids!), learn of cases in which a gluten-reduced diet can improve health, and develop strategies for dining out. Limit 50.
